What is the cleaning process?
To ensure your windows are spotless inside and out I use the gold standard methods. For the external I use pure de-ionised water through a water-fed pole with a soft glass grade bristled brush, which extends to 8 meters to reach those high windows. As for the internal I use the tried and true traditional squeegee and mop method.
but the tools are not as important as the person behind 😉
How do you charge?
Pricing is custom to your home so you don’t get overcharged. Just fill out the contact form and I’ll give you an estimate based on the amount of windows your home has.
Will you still come if it’s raining?
It is my policy to complete a scheduled job rain or shine. In the event of light precipitation we will continue as scheduled because rain does not effect the cleaning.
In the event of heavy rain or showers, we might have to reschedule as soon as the rain stops.
Who’s water do you use?
I use your water through my water purification system. my water-fed pole consumes very minimal water and I do the job efficiently as to not waste a drop.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, you don’t need to be home! If you won’t be home, just make sure all the windows are closed. Please note, if you requested an internal clean I will need access inside.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes! I also do Commercial Low to Mid Height Office Buildings. Call me for an easy quote over the phone.
What is your service area?
My service area is all over the North Shore, if you’re outside of that, a very small Travel Charge may be applied. Of course, you will know about this well in advance! No surprises.
